Artificial Intelligence in the 2025 Media Classroom

Seminar on the impact of AI on media education and on how to integrate GenAI tools to renew pedagogical practices and reduce administrative workload.

This seminar explores the impact that Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI (GenAI), has had on education about, for, and in media.

The seminar aims to encourage media lecturers to adapt traditional learning tools affected by GenAI (such as essay writing and media creation) and to implement AI applications that can reduce admin workload, such as the creation of grading rubrics, ideation of syllabi, HELOs and class scripts, critical thinking activity design, and co-assessment.
